Real-time "Within-Day Energy Balance" results with an easy to understand graph

How SportsNutritionClinic utilizes Dr. Benardot’s research and within-day energy balance

Dr. Benardot has spent years researching the Within-Day Energy Balance concept on elite athletes from around the world. Whereas energy balance (caloric intake minus caloric expenditure) had traditionally been calculated in 24-hour increments, Dr. Benardot has found that the best method for achieving ideal body weight, body composition and performance is through real-time, Within-Day Energy Balance. In other words, dynamically matching caloric intake with expenditure in real time during the day improves performance, sense of well-being, body composition, and weight. SportsNutritionClinic.com is the only site available offering this type of energy balance assessment through the application of patent-pending algorithms and technologies.

SportsNutritionClinic has modeled the processes and analyses that elite or professional athletes goes through when visiting the Laboratory for Elite Athlete Performance, and have replicated those steps for all site members to benefit from. Now, you don?t have to be an elite athlete to get the same nutrition advice some of the best athletes in the world receive.
